Mock Interviews: Prepare to present your experience and skills through a mock interview with an HR professional or recruiter, and gain confidence for your opportunities with practice and feedback. Presented in partnership with Capital One, The Container Store, the City of Plano, Foster Williams: “The Job Father”, and others. Appointment sign-up begins on site 30 minutes in advance

Librarian Sharon Forinash talks about the importance of early learning and literacy, and how flannel activities during storytime help with preparing little ones to read, speak and more. Plano Police Officer Chris Bianez offers personal and property safety classes through the library (and beyond). Learn some of his top safety tips, including how to avoid fraud and scams. Here are his upcoming workshops:
