The Write Workshop

Are you an aspiring or established writer? Connect with fellow local writers and improve your craft at The Write Workshop.

The Write Workshop is a weekly writing seminar meeting in-person Saturdays in November from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Schimelpfenig Library. Learn how to write rich and moving works by taking inspiration from history, mythology, art and personal experiences.

Each session consists of lectures, creative activities, and discussions that take on thought-provoking topics and provide unique writing prompts:

  • Nov. 5 History & Events
  • Nov. 12 Mythology & Legends
  • Nov. 19 Art & Existing Works
  • Nov. 26 Personal Experiences

Tickets are required and will be available 30 minutes before the start of the program.
