Cook the Book: Showstopper Desserts: Cheesecake

‘Tis the season for sweets, and cheesecake takes the spotlight at this month’s Cook the Book meeting. From classic plain cheesecake to fruity favorites and seasonal showstoppers, there’s a cheesecake for every occasion and taste. Make your own and come prepared to talk all things cheesecake!

Cook the Book is a hybrid program meeting in-person at Davis Library and via Zoom on Tuesday, December 20 at 1 p.m. Register for Cook the Book here, and choose whichever option is most convenient for you. You will receive a confirmation email that includes the Zoom meeting link, in case you want to join virtually. Prepare something delicious to “share” virtually with others. For those meeting in-person, bring the finished dish so everyone can get a sample. Don’t forget the recipe!
