Stickler Loves the World by Lane Smith

Stickler loves sticks! And clouds, and bats, and rabbits, and everything else in the world. Once day, Stickler encounters a creation from space and sets out to show it the wonders of our planet. Stickler’s joy is contagious and young readers will delight in the knowledge that Stickler’s space visitor is not who he thinks he is.

A little girl finds a magical blue umbrella outside her house. How many people can fit underneath it to stay dry? This book explores the themes of compassion and how sharing can make a community flourish as much as the rain does.

Zander is a goose who decides to be different and doesn’t migrate south for the winter like the rest of the flock. At first, Zander has fun, but as it gets colder, he starts to get worried. How will Zander survive winter? Children will enjoy the story of a goose who wants to be different—and the power of kindness.

This book follows a granddaughter and grandfather as they go camping. One, Two, Grandpa Loves You focuses on counting to ten and the adventures that await grandchildren with their grandparents. The simple text rhymes and is perfect for ages 18-36 months.
